Refund policy

If a paid resource doesn't work for you, email support@allbyallan.com within 14 days of buying it, with the email you used at checkout. I'll either help you get it working or refund you in full. Your choice.

How it works

• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
• Once refunded, the resource is removed from your library.
• After 14 days, I'll still help you get things working, but refunds are at my discretion.

EU and UK buyers

Digital downloads start right after purchase, so the statutory 14-day withdrawal right ends once the download begins (you agree to this at checkout). The 14-day refund above applies anyway.
